Meet Karma Raad, LMT, MPA, NBCTMB, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
With more than 25 years of clinical experience, I help people reduce pain, recover from injury, improve movement, and reconnect with their health through personalized, evidence-informed massage therapy.
I believe that effective care begins by listening. Every client deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood—not just treated. I take the time to understand your unique story, health history, lifestyle, and goals so that together we can create a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to your needs.
My approach is rooted in the belief that true wellness extends beyond relieving today’s symptoms. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I consider the whole person—how movement, nutrition, stress, sleep, work, relationships, and daily habits all influence health and healing. By combining therapeutic bodywork with practical education and self-care strategies, I strive to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their wellbeing.
Rather than following a routine, every session is guided by careful assessment and clinical reasoning. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques—including deep tissue, myofascial release, movement therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and other evidence-informed approaches—to support your body’s needs on that particular day.
